Software Developer

Location: Auburn, NH
Level: Mid-Level

C2 Systems is currently seeking a Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Applicants must possess strong technical aptitude, have a customer oriented disposition and be comfortable working with deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
  • Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware applications, or to improve its performance and support existing code and databases
  • Develop new code and database structures, in accordance with internal software development procedures, to meet the unique needs of the customer
  • Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration
  • Develop software system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation
  • Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design systems and to obtain information on project capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
  • Consult with internal customers in Sales and Business Development about software system design and maintenance

Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience/education combination with 3-5 years’ experience Angular 8, TypeScript, MySQL Database and REST API

  • Understanding of network monitoring software with regard to data transfer
  • Knowledge of the practical application of software engineering and technology and have the ability to apply principals, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and development process

RF Engineer I

Location: Auburn, NH
Level: Entry-Level

C2 Systems is currently seeking a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must possess strong technical aptitude, be comfortable working in high pressure situations, and manage their assigned responsibilities while working on multiple projects concurrently. The candidate will regularly interact with customers and co-workers and must effectively communicate timely and detailed updates. He/She will be involved in a variety of RF projects and should understand the best practices for any given situation. This position will require approximately 30% field and 70% office work, including occasional/infrequent off-site assignments that could extend up to a week or longer.

Responsibilities
  • Perform RF testing on commercial 4G LTE, 5G and legacy 3G UMTS/CDMA systems as well as Public Safety/LMR systems using scanners, spectrum analyzers, test transmitters, and other test and measurement equipment;
  • RF propagation modeling and network simulations;
  • Macrocell and DAS design;
  • Wireless system performance optimization;
  • RF Exposure Studies and FCC compliance verification;
  • Intermodulation and Interference Analysis;
  • RF zoning support – prepare coverage and capacity modeling in support of the local permitting application process, participate in evening public presentations;
  • Hands on exposure to system components such as antennas, coax, and RF transmitters and receivers;
  • Maintain test equipment and tools for continuous use;
  • Work on multiple projects in parallel;

Requirements:
  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience;

  • GIS Mapping tools/software experience is desirable;

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Auburn, NH
Level: Experienced/Non-Manager

The AP/AR Clerk is responsible for assisting the C Squared Systems, LLC Finance and Accounting department.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
  • Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; obtaining authorization of payment and scheduling and preparing disbursements.
  • Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and electronic delivery of invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
  • Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
  • Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
  • Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation, payments, or adjustments.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
  • Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:

Purchasing, Logistics and Negotiation Specialist

Location: Auburn, NH
Level: Experienced/Non-Manager

C2 Systems is currently seeking a Purchasing, Logistics and Negotiation Specialist to be responsible for evaluating products and suppliers ensuring that the business is able to acquire needed supplies, materials and other relevant items following budget and maintaining all transaction records.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sourcing and procurement of all project-related materials
  • Prepare and solicit competitive bids, quotations and proposals
  • Identify and develop EOQs, inventory min-max levels and lead times
  • Negotiate with potential and current suppliers/carriers to insure quality of materials, on-time delivery and favorable payment terms all at the lowest cost
  • Develop master materials schedule to determine item demand levels; negotiate blanket PO’s with vendors with the objective of minimizing unit cost and scheduling releases in a just-in-time environment
  • Manage open order report, confirm delivery dates and expedite delayed/urgent deliveries
  • Create supplier rating criteria and perform supplier reviews
  • Resolve invoicing issues
  • Investigate and resolve receiving issues
  • Research markets, vendors and alternate sources of materials
  • Use and improve accounting/ERP system to optimize inventory levels
  • Ensure adequate controls are in place to prevent excess inventory and stockouts
