Software Development Engineer in Test

Responsibilities

Customer Success Manager

Maintenance Worker

Location: Auburn, NH

C2 Systems is currently seeking a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have solid work experience and thorough technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work. This is a part time position for 30 hours a week. We are currently looking to fill this role for two separate shifts – 3:30 to 9:30 p.m. and 5:30 to 11:30 p.m.

Position Overview
  • Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, painting, etc.
  • Complete regularly scheduled maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs
  • Routinely test the functionality of the facility’s safety systems
  • Collaborate with necessary personnel and other professionals during renovations and/or facility expansions
  • Report to facilities manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress

Entry Level RF Engineer

Location: Auburn, NH

C2 Systems is currently seeking a Radio Frequency Engineer responsible for telecommunication system engineering functions relating to RF/Wireless communications pertaining to in-building and outdoor, passive and active (Distributed Antenna System) systems.  The incumbent will assist senior telecommunication engineers and project managers in various aspects of engineering relating to design, testing, product research and evaluation, site survey, and engineering drawing development.  The incumbent will also perform various operational support functions such as parts procurement, equipment repair/return, inventory and documentation.  Travel will be primarily within New England traveling to Customer locations on a daily basis (50-90% travel).

Senior Network Engineer (Lyndhurst, NJ)

Location: Lyndhurst, NJ

C2 Systems is currently seeking a senior level Network Engineer to join our Wireless LAN Team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Existing knowledge and hands on experience with large both Wired and Wireless Networks is required. Applicants must possess strong technical aptitude and be comfortable working in high pressure situations. The candidate will be interacting with customers and co-workers on a daily basis and must be able to effectively communicate and represent the company in a professional manner. This position will require the individual to be in the field 25% to 50% of the time. The candidate must be willing to travel with overnight stays up to 25% of the time and be available for night shifts when needed. This is a full-time position that averages at least 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on WiFi/WLAN network designs, integrations, activations and monitoring projects
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining large scale commercial WiFi network deployments

DevOps Engineer – CID

Software Release Engineer

Primary Job Responsibilities

Senior Software Architect

C Squared Systems is looking for a talented and highly driven Senior Software Architect. We are looking for an architect who is passionate about the products he/she creates and is interested in creating reusable, scalable, flexible and high-performance software applications. You should have a deep understanding of patterns of enterprise web application architecture and object-oriented design principles. You will provide architectural oversight to development teams, review their designs and conduct technology evaluation exercises. This is a growth-related position, as our group is evolving to define and service a rapidly growing group of Cloud Security products and expanding customer base.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and participate in design and development of complex, high performance enterprise web applications
  • Define enterprise server patterns and advocate consistency across the suite of applications
  • Provide mentorship, coordination and guidance for application developers
  • Perform peer design and code reviews
  • Present and defend architectural, design and technical choices

Requirements:

Web/Mobile Developer

C Squared Systems is currently seeking a Web/Mobile Developer to join our team. This key role is responsible for building and enhancing C Squared Systems’ internal web interface and is a member of our Tools Group.  You will play an important role in the organizations mobile applications development efforts (initial focus for the Android platform).

Application Support Technician – 2nd Shift

Location: Auburn, NH
Level: Junior/Non-Manager Experience

C Squared Systems is currently seeking an Application Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to field and handle all support requests from both the software support help call line and email. Coordinate communication between the customers and the software development teams to include initial testing and troubleshooting of the customer’s issue. If immediate resolution is not accomplished, coordinate with the software team directors to have the issues assigned to the appropriate software team member. This role will also include product configuration and verification.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Field and handle telephone support requests.
  • Reply to support email in a designated time frame.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting directly with customer.
  • Log and manage issues into a trouble ticketing system.
  • Meet deadlines and work additional hours when needed.
  • Handle and manage multiple customers with a professional, courteous attitude at all times.
  • Build and verify the SitePortal® software for customers.

RF Field Engineer – NJ (Sign-on bonus available for NJ location)

Location: Lyndhurst, NJ

C2 Systems is currently seeking an RF Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Applicants must possess strong technical aptitude and be comfortable working in high pressure situations. The candidate will be interacting with customers and co-workers on a daily basis and must be able to provide timely and detailed updates. They will be exposed to various RF applications and should understand the best practices for any given situation. This position will require the individual to be in the field 90% of the time.

Responsibilities
  • Take lead on system commissioning, integrations, and activations
  • Perform system tests using scanners, spectrum analyzers, transmitters, and other electronic test equipment
  • Perform site surveys and in-depth walkthroughs
  • Work hands on with system components such as antennas, fiber optics, coax, and RF amplifiers
  • Troubleshoot and repair systems for optimal performance
  • Multi-task projects on a day-to-day basis
  • Maintain test equipment and tools for continuous use
  • Travel to various job sites within the tri-state and outlying regions (NY, PA, NJ, CT)
Requirements
  • 2 year college degree with relevant coursework
  • 2+ years of related experience. Previous experience with DAS architecture and other cellular systems is preferred
  • Ability to receive and give direction on an as needed basis
  • Understanding of RF principles/theory (signal path, power, frequency, noise, modulations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of various wireless technologies (CDMA, WCDMA, GSM, LTE, etc.)
